Traffic Rider Access Agreement
Traffic Rider is a mobile racing game that immerses players in fast-paced, first-person highway action, offering a realistic motorcycle riding experience with dynamic weather, diverse locations, and multiple mission modes. By using this game, accessing its features, or making progress within its systems, you agree to the terms and conditions described here. This includes your use of in-game content, career mode progression, customization of bikes, leaderboard participation, and any online or seasonal updates. These terms may be updated at any time to reflect new content, feature adjustments, or policy changes. Players are expected to review this section regularly to stay aware of any updates that affect their continued use of the game and its services.
- Traffic Rider is available as a free-to-play mobile game with optional premium features. While core gameplay and missions are fully accessible without payment, players may choose to purchase additional bikes, speed upgrades, or exclusive items to enhance their performance. These premium options are meant to accelerate your in-game progress and provide access to rare content such as high-tier motorcycles or custom paint schemes. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to immediate delivery of the selected item and acknowledge that purchases are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by local legislation. Game developers reserve the right to adjust pricing, availability, or item descriptions at any time to ensure gameplay balance and system integrity.
- Although we aim to offer a smooth and responsive racing experience across all supported devices, Traffic Rider is provided as-is. Due to the nature of mobile platforms and varying device capabilities, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted performance at all times. Lag, app crashes, connectivity issues, or graphical glitches may occasionally affect your sessions. Continued use of the game indicates that you understand these technical limitations. We are committed to frequent updates and optimizations, but we are not responsible for disruptions caused by external services, including app store outages, system-level bugs, or hardware constraints.
- All assets within the Traffic Rider game — including motorcycle models, city and highway environments, soundtracks, sound effects, user interface, camera effects, in-game missions, and the Traffic Rider logo — are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Players are not permitted to reuse or reproduce any part of the game in other projects, commercial or non-commercial, without written consent. Player-created content, such as gameplay videos, reviews, or tutorials, may be shared publicly as long as they respect the game’s branding and community standards.
If a user submits ideas, feedback, bug reports, or content suggestions through any of our communication channels or platforms associated with Traffic Rider, that submission is considered voluntary. We may use, modify, or implement these ideas in future game versions without the obligation to provide credit or compensation. Any form of cheating, exploiting, or harmful behavior within the game — including but not limited to manipulation of leaderboards, use of unauthorized mods, or harassment of other players — will be met with appropriate action. This can include warnings, temporary account restrictions, or permanent bans. Our priority is to keep the Traffic Rider game environment fair, enjoyable, and competitive for all riders.
