Any purchases made through our platform — such as strategy bundles, premium riding tips, or access to exclusive tools — fall under this refund policy. Transactions that take place within the official Traffic Rider game via Google Play or another app store are outside our control and must be addressed directly with the platform from which you downloaded the game.

• If you’ve purchased digital content from our site (for example: advanced gear setup guides, downloadable mission planners, or premium access to high-score systems), you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. Refunds are only granted if the purchased content has not been significantly accessed, downloaded, or consumed.

Requests involving content that has already been unlocked, used, or distributed extensively may be denied at our discretion. Cancellation stops all future charges, but your access remains active until the current billing cycle ends. Please include screenshots or order confirmations where possible to help us resolve your case faster. In certain cases, we may offer credits instead of a full monetary refund — especially if you prefer to switch to different content on the site.
• Abusive refund behavior — such as repeated refund attempts without cause — may result in limitations to your account or future purchases. We believe in fairness and are here to help if something isn’t working, but we ask users to engage responsibly.
